FUTURE PROOF 2026 is Ringling College of Art and Design’s professional conference for motion designers, a hub for innovation, inspiration, and the celebration of cutting edge artistry and technical skill.
Our challenge was to craft a bold, eye catching brand identity that captures the energy, creativity, and forward thinking vision of the event while connecting with its audience of motion design professionals.

For my concept I wanted to create something powerful and abstract that could be representative or symbolic of us as artists.
I wanted to take something simplistic, like a primitive shape (a pentagon) and show that it could be so much more. Something that might seem so generic on the surface, but is truly part of something greater. I wanted to relay this concept through texture, chromatic aberration, and unity, combining many pentagons into one grand whole. When it all comes together it creates something beautiful, just like us as artists and our experience at the Future Proof conference.
